Chesapeake Appalachia to Staff: Anyone speak Mandarin?

Off the top of my head, we now have Norway, Korea, Japan, India, Canada, China and Singapore all owning a piece of the gas companies exploiting Pennsylvania's natural resources. I wonder - will they all help with the clean-up?
